The last time I saw The 1975, they were playing as a support band for Swim Deep at the Magnet Club in Berlin. This time they had their first main act gig over here and and just like I had predicted the good-looking lads were welcomed by quite a number of girls who have fallen for them. There was an endless queue all around the Schlesische Tor Station where the Bi Nuu Club is located and I haven´t seen that amount of people in front of this small place before. It took forever to get in and just the same amount of time then to line up for the cloakroom.

But it´s always worth waiting for having a good night out, isn´t it? So I am not gonna rave on about telling you all the details, but let me tell you that we all had a whale of a time and I wanna show you some memories from that night.

In an interview with the Guardian lead singer Matt said: “You look at the Rolling Stones and you see a glint in their eye. Because they never had to grow up. Because they found something they loved that got validated by grown-ups and carried on doing it. That’s how we feel. We’re like the Lost Boys.” Boys with a lot of charisma and talent I would say and I hope they carry on doing the music they love.
