London and Copenhagen based photographer Simone Steenberg teamed up with angelic model Laerke Simone spending a lovely Sunday into the wild in the palm house and taking pictures on 35mm.
“I like to explore the female body and identity in unconventional and abstract ways, while I also strive to get a more visceral response from the viewer. The body is a key element within my photography and I like to work with it in a more sculptural and textural way. I’m fascinated by movement and different subtle gestures within an image and to capture a moment of ‘in-between’ perhaps state of mind or dream or reality.”
